Ways of Eating

Intermittent Fasting (IF)

Going without food for a set window, such as eating only within an 8-hour period each day.

Intermittent fasting means cycling between eating and not eating, for example skipping breakfast and eating within an 8-hour window. On the Proper Human Diet, fasting often happens naturally because protein and fat keep you full. It can support fat burning and metabolic health, but it is a tool, not a requirement.
