Return Policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered from DrBerry.com. If something is not right, we are glad to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for physical products you buy directly from us, such as books and merchandise.
Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original condition, including any packaging, tags, and inserts they came with.
Items that show signs of use, are missing parts, or are damaged for reasons not caused by us may not be eligible for a full refund. We review each return on a case-by-case basis.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Reach out to us and we will walk you through the next steps and send you a return address.
- Email us at info@drberry.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number so we can find your purchase quickly.
- Tell us which items you want to return and why.
- Wait for our reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
- Pack the items safely in their original condition and send them back.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your package does not get lost on the way back to us.
If the return is our fault, such as a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost. See the section below on items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. After that, it may take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless your return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
Want a different item instead of a refund? Email us at info@drberry.com and we will help you arrange an exchange. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us at info@drberry.com within a reasonable time after your order arrives and include a photo of the issue.
Once we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, and cover the cost of returning the item if we need it back.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
- Digital downloads, such as the free guidebook and other digital products.
- Final-sale items that are clearly marked as final sale at checkout.
- Gift cards.
Orders From Third-Party Retailers
This policy only covers orders placed directly through DrBerry.com. If you bought a book or product from a third-party retailer, such as Amazon or another store, your return is subject to that retailer's return policy, not ours.
Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase to start a return or request a refund for those orders.
