Ways of Eating
OMAD (One Meal a Day)
Eating all of your food for the day in a single meal.
OMAD stands for one meal a day, a form of intermittent fasting where you eat once within a short window. Some people on the Proper Human Diet land here naturally once they are fat-adapted and no longer hungry between meals. It is optional and not right for everyone.
