Fat Adaptation

When your body has gotten efficient at burning fat for fuel after weeks of low-carb eating.

Fat adaptation is the point, usually after a few weeks of low-carb eating, when your body becomes good at running on fat and ketones. Energy steadies, hunger calms down, and the early adjustment symptoms fade. It is a sign the Proper Human Diet has become your new normal.
