Ultra-Processed Food

Industrial food products with long ingredient lists, designed to be overeaten.

Ultra-processed foods are factory products built from refined ingredients, additives, and seed oils, engineered to taste irresistible and easy to overeat. They are the opposite of the Proper Human Diet. This includes many products marketed as keto-friendly, so read the ingredient list.
