Seed Oils
Highly processed industrial oils like canola, soybean, and corn oil that PHD avoids.
Seed and vegetable oils such as canola, soybean, corn, and sunflower oil are heavily processed and a recent addition to the human diet. The Proper Human Diet avoids them and uses natural fats like butter and tallow, or olive, avocado, and coconut oil. Cutting seed oils is one of the simplest high-impact changes you can make.
