Triglycerides

A blood fat that tends to fall when you cut carbs and sugar.

Triglycerides are a type of fat in your blood that is strongly driven by carbohydrate and sugar intake. They often drop on the Proper Human Diet. A high triglyceride number alongside low HDL is a classic sign of metabolic trouble worth discussing with your physician.
