TOFI (Thin Outside, Fat Inside)
Looking slim while carrying unhealthy fat around the organs.
TOFI stands for thin outside, fat inside. It describes people who look lean but carry visceral fat around their organs and may have hidden metabolic problems. It is a reminder that weight alone does not equal health, and that markers like fasting insulin and triglycerides matter.
