Nutrient-Dense
Foods that pack a lot of vitamins and minerals per bite, like meat, eggs, and organs.
Nutrient-dense foods deliver a high amount of vitamins, minerals, and protein relative to their calories. Animal foods like meat, eggs, fish, and especially organ meats are among the most nutrient-dense choices, which is why they anchor the Proper Human Diet.
