Ways of Eating
Low-Carb Diet
Any way of eating that significantly reduces carbohydrates, usually in favor of protein and fat.
Low-carb is the umbrella the Proper Human Diet lives under. By cutting grains, sugar, and starchy foods and eating more protein and natural fat, you steady your blood sugar and insulin. PHD aims for under 20 grams of total carbs per day.
