Ketosis
The state where your body burns fat and makes ketones for fuel instead of relying on sugar.
Ketosis is what happens when carbs are low enough that your body turns to stored and dietary fat for energy, producing ketones. Many people on the Proper Human Diet spend time in ketosis and report steady energy and fewer cravings. It is a normal, natural metabolic state.
