Ways of Eating

Carnivore Diet

Eating only animal foods: meat, fish, eggs, and animal fats, with no plants.

The carnivore diet removes plant foods entirely and relies on meat, fish, eggs, and animal fats. Some people use it as a reset or to identify food sensitivities. It is one end of the Proper Human Diet spectrum, with ketovore and standard PHD allowing more flexibility.
