Bone Broth

A mineral-rich broth made by simmering animal bones, often used for electrolytes and gut support.

Bone broth is made by simmering animal bones for hours to draw out minerals, gelatin, and flavor. Many people on the Proper Human Diet sip it for electrolytes and comfort, especially during the early adjustment period.
