After a lifelong struggle with obesity and diet after diet that did not work, I lost 70 pounds with a Proper Human Diet lifestyle and have maintained it for several years. I have a passion for helping others regain their health as they lose weight, developing custom approaches that meet clients where they are and take them where they want to go.
