Jen Winkler is a wife, mom, and passionate functional health coach dedicated to helping women reclaim their health through nutrition and lifestyle. Her journey into health coaching wasn’t just a career choice—it was personal.
For years, Jen battled epilepsy, insulin resistance, PMS, PCOS, anxiety, and chronic inflammation. Frustrated with feeling unwell and the long list of side effects from medication, she decided to take her health into her own hands. She dove deep into research, absorbing every book, podcast, and study she could find about healing through nutrition, metabolic health, and functional medicine.
And it worked.
By shifting to an animal-based diet, prioritizing healthy fats, and adopting a low-carb approach, Jen was able to balance her blood sugar, regulate her cycle, eliminate anxiety, and even wean off most of her medications. As friends and family witnessed her transformation, they started turning to her for guidance—leading her to discover her true calling: helping other women navigate their way to optimal health.
Now, as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Fertility Awareness Instructor, and Microbiome Specialist, with additional certifications in Functional Blood Chemistry, Hormone Health, and more, Jen helps women take charge of their well-being without confusion or overwhelm. She specializes in guiding women to find the right version of the proper human diet for their unique needs, while cutting through the noise of conflicting health advice.
Through her coaching, Jen empowers women to understand their bodies, balance their hormones, and build sustainable health habits—so they can feel their absolute best for life.
