Certified Primal Health Coach and Fitness Expert
Alyssa Rogers is a co-founder of Compass Wellness and the Lead Coach inside the Proper Human Diet Community, where she helps women and tribe members reclaim their health through practical, science-backed strategies that fit into real life. Her passion for wellness stems from her own transformative journey—one that many busy moms and working women can relate to.
In her twenties, she battled chronic back pain, fatigue, bladder spasms, relentless sinus infections, and severe allergies. Despite trying countless diets, workout programs, and meal plans, nothing seemed to work. Diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease at 27, she felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of stress and burnout. The constant pressure to “fix” her health only made her feel more discouraged.
Everything changed in 2016 when she discovered the ketogenic lifestyle. What began as a last-ditch effort turned into a life-altering shift. Through deep research and self-experimentation, she uncovered the science behind nutrition, metabolic health, and sustainable weight loss, ultimately losing 50 pounds and maintaining it for over eight years. More importantly, she reversed her chronic health conditions and finally felt in control of her well-being.
Now, she’s on a mission to help others simplify health and create a lifestyle that feels natural and sustainable. As a coach, she provides real-world solutions that work for busy lives—helping women and tribe members implement flexible nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management practices without the overwhelm. She understands the frustration of feeling stuck, the emotional weight of failed attempts, and the deep desire to finally feel good in your body.
Through Compass Wellness and her leadership in the Proper Human Diet Community, she empowers others with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to make lasting changes—without rigid rules, extreme restrictions, or guilt. Her message is simple: Health doesn’t have to be complicated, and it’s never too late to take the first step toward a life that feels better, inside and out.
