A Note from Dr. Ken Berry

I am Dr. Ken Berry, a board-certified family physician with over two decades of experience practicing in rural Tennessee.

My journey into health and wellness advocacy started with my own struggle. I was a frustrated doctor, watching my patients (and myself) get sicker on the standard advice. The textbook said one thing. The data in front of me said another. I had to make a choice.

I grew up in Hohenwald, Tennessee. I earned my MD at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. My wife Neisha, our two children, and I now live on a farm in Holladay, Tennessee, where the way we eat reflects the way I teach.

Over twenty thousand patients have walked through my clinic in the years since. Millions more have found the work online. What I see, every day, is that people are not broken. They have been given the wrong instructions.

The Proper Human Diet is the right instructions, written down.

My Aarni wallet goes with me everywhere. It's simple, durable, and made from materials that only get better with time.
